These terms govern your use of claybore.com and every purchase made through it. The site is operated by Sole Form LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Claybore ("Claybore," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colors render differently on different screens and small variations are part of made-in-small-runs goods. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full before it ships.

ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, resale activity, or errors in pricing or inventory. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you promptly and in full. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy (/pages/shipping) and returns by our Returns and Refunds Policy (/pages/returns). Both are part of these terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything on this site, including the Claybore name, marks, photography, copy, and designs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the site: no interfering with its operation, no attempting to access accounts or systems that are not yours, no scraping at scale, and no using the site for anything unlawful.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The site links to and is built on services we do not control, including our ecommerce platform and payment processors. Their terms govern your use of their services, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our products carry no warranty beyond what is stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy or required by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claybore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Claybore and its founders harmless from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the site.

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

SEVERABILITY AND CHANGES

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
